Isaiah 43:10, “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.”

“Will the people who are preparing to become holy, pure, and refined, that they may be introduced into the society of heavenly angels, continue to take the life of God’s creatures and subsist on their flesh and enjoy it as a luxury? From what the Lord has shown me, this order of things will be changed, and God’s peculiar people will exercise temperance in all things…. (CH 70)

It is interesting to see nonmembers embracing healthful eating, without the insight that SDA have, while members forfeit their blessings and give an unfaithful witness to others through unhealthful eating and a diseased body. Why not facilitate the change in, “This order of things” through the surrender of the will to Christ! Remember, God knows what is best!
