It’s interesting to note that when God used the raven to feed Elijah and when He fed the children of Israel in the wilderness, they were on a two meal a day plan. The Scriptures testify to the sure results of following God’s plan, “ It is imperative in a weight loss program to eat a large breakfast each day and omit the third meal of the day.
